Accessibility Statement

Ravalli County Credit Union is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. We are actively working to increase the accessibility and usability of our website in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and help make the web more user-friendly for all people.

While Ravalli County Credit Union strives to adhere to the accepted guidelines and standards for accessibility and usability, it is not always possible to do so in all areas of the website. Ravalli County Credit Union cannot ensure full conformance of crucial third-party plug-ins, widgets, websites or PDF documents; and we acknowledge there may be difficulties with portions of the site. We will continue to seek solutions to bring all areas of the site up to the same level of overall web accessibility.

Although there is no definitive test or certification of conformance to WCAG Level AA, nor is there a tool that can perform a completely automatic assessment on the checkpoints in the guidelines, we have used a variety of methods for assessing accessibility.

If you have difficulty using or accessing any element of this website, please contact us by email or phone at 406-363-4631 so we can evaluate the issue. We will work with you to provide the information or transaction you seek through a communication method that is accessible for you consistent with applicable law (for example, through telephone support).
