Update

Friday July 19 - Sunday, July 21

We are updating our data processing system on July 20. Debit card limits, online banking, and our mobile app will be affected and/or down July 19-21. Check out the information below to see what to expect during conversion weekend.

During this update, stand-in daily dollar limits for all credit and debit card transactions will apply. This means you may have reduced access to cash. Please plan ahead for larger purchases. These stand-in daily dollar limits will supersede the actual amount in your account for the weekend.

Friday - July 19

  • Stand-in daily dollar limits for debit and credit cards will begin at 2:00 AM MST on 7/19 and will be in place until 7/22 at 2:00 AM MST. This means that you may have reduced access to cash. Please plan ahead for larger purchases. These stand-in limits will supersede the actual amount in your account for the weekend.

  • We encourage you to take out cash prior to this weekend (7/19—7/22).

     

  • All ATM deposits made between 7/19 and 7/22 will not post to your account until Monday, July 22—unless the deposit is subject to additional funds availability rules.

 

Saturday & Sunday - July 20 -21

  • Online banking will be unavailable beginning on 7/20 at 5:00 AM MST and is expected to be available later that afternoon or evening. Existing usernames and passwords will be carried over; however, you may be prompted to accept new terms & conditions with your next sign on.

  • Audio banking will be unavailable beginning on 7/20 in tandem with online banking. It is expected to be available later that afternoon or evening. You should not have to re-enroll once the service is operational.

  • Our mobile app will be unavailable on 7/20 at 5:00 AM MST. It will take 3-5 business days for this to be available, meaning RDC will also be unavailable during this time-frame. Once our mobile app is operational, you will be prompted to download the new app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Existing usernames and passwords will be carried over to the new app; however, you may be prompted to accept new terms & conditions and opt-in to your multifactor authentication preferences with your next sign-on.

  • Check images will not be available until the week of 7/22 in online banking. If you need a copy of a check image, please call the credit union.
